When you arrive, you’ll bring a box of unorganized photos and settle into one of our dedicated workspaces—whether at our large organizing table or in a more relaxed lounge-style setting. Using our structured yet flexible system, we guide you through sorting your photos into clear categories and subcategories that reflect your life and your stories. You’ll be provided with all the tools you need, including labeled file systems, dividers, folders, and color-coded markers to help identify what to keep, what to prioritize for digitizing, and how everything will ultimately come together.

Between your sessions, we take the next step for you—carefully digitizing your selected photos in high resolution, organizing them into clean, labeled digital files that are easy to access, share, and preserve for generations. For those who wish to keep their physical photos, we also implement an organized photo keeping system so everything has a designated place, maintaining the same clarity and structure as your digital collection.
